If you are ready to test your leadership skills, this may be the position for you. Help to create a summer camp experience like never before for 600+ youth! As part of the leadership team, you work behind the scenes to make sure each day at camp goes smoothly. You are usually the first one up and the last one to bed. Some responsibilities of leadership include:
- Help train summer staff to conduct a safe and memorable summer.
- Peer-to-peer management and being a resource for all the amazing program volunteers with advice, questions and guidance
- Lead the logistics of the day-to-day camp schedule including leading line-ups with singing, guiding camp from activity to activity, preparing schedules for staff duties, afternoon and evening programs, and more
- Jump in whenever and wherever you are needed – lead an activity, work in the kitchen or help guide a cabin
- Make lasting memories with co-workers and campers
Program Volunteer
Unforgettable memories that last a lifetime, campfires and s’mores, laughter, new adventures, and personal growth. You will create all this and more for campers AND yourself! As a Program Volunteer (aka Camp Counselor) some responsibilities include:
- Create the magic of camp and change lives in the process
- Plan, prepare and implement camp activities like skill sessions, afternoon and evening programs, closing campfire skits, cabin time activities and nightly reflections with your cabin of campers

- Help create an accepting and open atmosphere filled with love and understanding
“My experience was honestly life-changing. I have never grown so much as a person in such a short amount of time. I tried so many new things and stepped out of my comfort zone and felt great taking the risk.”
