Did you know?  One Heartland's Annual Fund has become the singular largest source of funding for our programs.   Because of donations made each day on annual or monthly basis, One Heartland is able to provide our many different camping and year-round support programs to the populations we serve.  By donating to the Annual Fund, you are making a direct impact on a child born with HIV, on a youth facing homelessness or a teen diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes.

To continue to provide services at our current levels, One Heartland must continue to expand its Annual Fund.  Our Annual Fund supports all of our programs to children, youth and families - most of whom live in poverty.  Our programs are provided free of charge or on a sliding fee scale.
